Many women can recover very well after pregnancy and childbirth. It can also be common for women to experience issues such as back, pelvic or perineal pain; or bladder or bowel problems such as urgency or incontinence.
Sometimes sex can be painful or women may have a sense that something is just not right in their pelvic floor. Some women may have concerns about their tummy or Diastasis Recti.
Sometimes women just want to know how best to optimise their postnatal well-being and may have questions about what may be beneficial or helpful for their body.
