Ciara Walsh
Ciara graduated from the Northumbria University in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. She is a registered member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.

In 2011, Ciara began working in the NHS in Manchester. For over 3 years she worked in a variety of settings, completing rotations in areas such as Neurology/Gerontology, Respiratory/ICU, Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal/ Outpatients. During this time, she acquired experience in diagnosing, treating and managing a variety of conditions such as sports injuries, whiplash, arthritis, post-operative rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, neurological disorders, and chronic pain. During this time she became a fully qualified APPI instructor, teaching pilates privately and as part of her work day. She continued this when she worked in New Zealand for over a year.

Since her return to Ireland in 2016, Ciara has worked within the HSE with adults with a variety of long term conditions. She has helped set up and run falls prevention classes. She has recently started a part time Masters in Older Persons Rehabilitation in UCC.
Ciara herself has a strong sporting interest, where she continues to play ladies football with her local club. She has previously won five All Irelands with Cork Ladies Football.

Sinead Considine
Sinéad Considine qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2007 in the University of Limerick. She is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) and is registered with the New Zealand Register of Physiotherapists.

Sinéad has gained a wealth of experience working with the Otago District Health Board (ODHB) in New Zealand covering the Emergency Department (ED), High Dependancy Unit (HDU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Orthopaedics, Out – patient clinics, vascular, cardio-thoracic, respiratory and neurology. Sinéad continued this experience with Health Service Executive (HSE) in Ireland in Co. Limerick, Co. Kerry and Co. Cork. She further specialised in Neurology and Gerontology obtaining a Masters (MSc) in this area in 2014. Sinéad is currently working as a Senior Physiotherapist in the HSE in the area of Neurology and Gerontology. She has also completed further post graduate courses in Ante Natal/Post Natal, Beginners, Beginners/Intermediate and Children/Young adults Pilates.

Sinéad believes in combining her expertise and knowledge in conjunction with her Clinical Pilates training in facilitating her patients to obtain and maintain their best functional outcome.
